Daniil Borissowitsch Schischkarjow ( Russian Даниил Борисович Шишкарёв ; born July 6, 1988 in Kustanai , Kazakh SSR , USSR ) is a Russian handball player .

Life

The 1.89-meter-tall and 85-kilogram right winger initially played for Sarja Kaspija Astrakhan. With these clubs he played in the EHF Champions League (2007/08, 2009/10), in the EHF Cup (2008/09) and in the European Cup Winners' Cup (2007/08). Then he was under contract with Medvedi Chekhov . In the summer of 2013 he moved to the Macedonian first division club RK Vardar Skopje . With Vardar he won the North Macedonian Championship in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, the North Macedonian Cup in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, the SEHA League in 2014, 2017, 2018 and 2019 and the EHF Champions League in 2017 and 2019. In the summer of 2020, Schischkarjow moved to the Hungarian first division club KC Veszprém .

Daniil Shishkarev was part of the Russian national team for the 2010 European Handball Championship . Shishkarev has so far played 121 internationals, in which he scored 303 goals.
