David Giuntoli
David Giuntoli (born June 18, 1980 in Milwaukee , Wisconsin ) is an American actor who has appeared in various television series and films such as 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi . He is best known for starring Nick Burkhardt in the fantasy series Grimm .
life and career
In 2003, David got his first taste of acting. He said he was discovered in a bar by MTV casting agents . He was hired for three months for the MTV reality show Road Rules: South Pacific . He also made an appearance in the seventh season of Real World / Road Rules Challenge .
After dropping out of finance studies, Giuntoli moved to Los Angeles in 2007 and began training as an actor under Christopher Fields at the Echo Theater Company. He was hired for individual episodes of well-known television series such as Nip / Tuck - Beauty Has Its Price , Veronica Mars , Grey's Anatomy , Ghost Whisperer - Voices From Beyond , Without a Trace - Vanished Without A Trace and Cold Case - No Victim Is Ever Forgotten . From 2011 to 2017 he played the lead role in the fantasy series Grimm .
In December 2014, Bitsie Tulloch confirmed the relationship with her Grimm co-star Giuntoli. They got engaged in April 2016. The wedding was announced in the summer of 2017. Their daughter was born in February 2019.
