David López Moreno (* 10. September 1982 in Logroño ) is a Spanish footballer who at UCAM Murcia CF in the Spanish Segunda División B plays.

Career

David López is one of many Athletic Bilbao players who are either from Pamplona or have played for CA Osasuna . After three successful years with Osasuna and, among other things, moving into the UEFA Cup semi-finals in 2006/07 (they were narrowly defeated by eventual winners Sevilla FC ), the next step on his career ladder came with the move to Athletic.

With a sixth place in the Primera División 2010/11 , he qualified with Bilbao for the UEFA Europa League 2011/12 . There López reached with his club after victories a. a. the final of the European Cup via Manchester United , FC Schalke 04 and Sporting Lisbon , but lost to Atlético Madrid in the final .

For the 2012/13 season López moved to England in the second-rate Football League Championship at Brighton & Hove Albion . After two seasons, he returned to Spain in the summer of 2014, where he played for CD Logo in the Segunda División .
