Death's Manuscript is a thriller by Nigel Dick, produced in 1994.

Richard Welton is considered charming. He tortures and kills young women.

Police detective Matt Dickson is said to be investigating two murders that took place in a motel. The reporter Catherine Briggs, a sister of one of the victims, helps him. She hopes she can avenge her sister's death.

Dickson and Briggs find out that the killer signs himself in the guest books of the motels with the names of famous boxers. He also steals expensive cars and calls phone sex numbers.

Welton is identified as a murderer and killed.

Reviews

David Nusair rhetorically asked in “Reel Film Reviews” why Michael Madsen made films “like this”. The film is very different from Reservoir Dogs in a negative sense . The critic praised Parker Posey in a supporting role.
