Deborra-Lee Furness (born December 8, 1955 in Australia ) is an Australian actress .

She graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. Furness played in several television series, including the title role in Correlli from 1995. In addition to her work as an actress, Furness has also worked as a director and producer, as well as written scripts. In 1996 she married the actor Hugh Jackman . They adopted two children.
