Debring is a district of the municipality of Stegaurach in the Upper Franconian district of Bamberg in Bavaria .

The place is east of the core town of Stegaurach on the B 22 and on the St 2276 . The Aurach flows on the southern outskirts, to the east the Wolfsruhe natural forest reserve extends and the Regnitz flows .
