Interpol inspector Keaton is on a business mission in Istanbul to prevent the business of a drug baron and his accomplices. Various unsuccessful attacks are carried out to get rid of him; after all, Gengis, who now lives as a peaceful merchant with his family, is chosen to shoot Keaton. When Gengis refuses, his son is killed, his wife kidnapped and raped. Gengis finally agrees, but then teams up with Keaton and the policewoman Jasmine and kills the gang.
