Deewaar ( Hindi , f., दीवार, dīvār, wall, wall) is a Bollywood film about the Indo-Pakistani war of 1971 and the escape from a prison camp. This film is not to be confused with Yash Chopra's film Deewaar of 1975 and is not a remake .
action
After the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, a group of soldiers led by Major Ranvir Kaul ( Amitabh Bachchan ) were taken prisoner in Pakistan. You are treated unworthily by the opposing guards. In their homeland nobody knows or wants to know about their fate. Only the wives of Kaul's wife, who are still hoping for their husbands to return, do not give up. When one of the prisoners managed to escape, he managed to send a letter to India. Gaurang, Major Kaul's son ( Akshaye Khanna ), then sets out for Pakistan to take his father home.
When he rescues Khan ( Sanjay Dutt ), who has fled the prison camp , a possibility opens up. Will this be used and will all men reach India or die before that?
The German dubbed version has been in stores since May 8, 2008.
