Deivy Vera Sigueñas (born January 18, 1992 in Chicama , Chicama District , Peru ) is a Peruvian chess player . In May 2013 he was named International Master , and since 2020 he has had the title of Grand Master .
Vera Sigueñas took part in three Chess Olympiads with the Peruvian national team ( 2012 on the second, 2016 on the third and 2018 on the second board). At the Peruvian individual championships he came second (behind Giuseppe Leiva ) in 2012 and third in 2016, both tied with the championship winner.
