Denise Linke (* 1989 in Elmshorn ) is a German journalist and author .

Life

When she was 12 years old, her giftedness was recognized. She later switched to a comprehensive school with inclusion due to school difficulties .

Linke studied political science and contemporary history in Berlin and Potsdam . She was an intern at Die Zeit and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung , where she wrote her first articles.

In 2011 Linke was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome , in 2014 ADHD . In the same year she founded the magazine N # mmer , a magazine for autistic people and people with ADHD, as editor . On Startnext , she raised over 10,000 euros through crowdfunding for the first issue of this issue, which was published in an edition of 2500 . For this, she received the One Spark crowd funding award in 2015 , which included prize money of 1,000 euros, and in the same year half of the ADHD advancement award, endowed with a total of 10,000 euros, from the pharmaceutical company Shire Germany . After the third edition, the publication of N # mmer was discontinued.
