Denys Serhijowytsch Prytschynenko ( Ukrainian Денис Сергійович Причиненко ; born February 17, 1992 in Potsdam , Germany ) is a Ukrainian football player who also has German citizenship . The central defender is under contract with the Belgian club K Beerschot VA .
Career
societies
Prytschynenko started his career at Energie Cottbus in 2007 and joined the youth team at Tennis Borussia Berlin in 2008 . In 2009 he went to Heart of Midlothian in Scotland . With the U19s of the club, he finished second in the championship in the 2010/11 season. Prytschynenko was the top scorer of his team with 14 goals and at the end of the season with the Nicholson Award as best player. In 2011 he moved up to the first team. The 2011/12 season Prytschynenko played on loan from the Scottish second division club Raith Rovers . After his return he completed his first game in the Scottish Premier League on March 31, 2012 in a 3-0 home win against FC Aberdeen . For the 2013/14 season Prytschynenko moved to the PFK Sevastopol in Ukraine , his parents' homeland. For the club he came on seven missions in the season. At the end of the season he left the club again and went to the Bulgarian first division club CSKA Sofia .
At the beginning of July 2015 Prytschynenko returned to Germany and switched to the second division club 1. FC Union Berlin , with whom he signed a contract that ran until June 30, 2017. After he did not play in the first half of the season, his contract was terminated on January 12, 2016 with immediate effect.
In March 2016, Prytschynenko joined the Belgian second division club Royal White Star Brussels . He was used six times by the end of the season. In terms of sport, he would have been promoted to Division 1A as a champion with the club . However, the club did not receive a license for Division 1A and 1B for the following season. Therefore, Prytschynenko moved to third division K Beerschot VA for the 2016/17 season , with whom he was able to celebrate a promotion back to Division 1B for the 2017/18 season.
National team
Prytschynenko completed two games for the U16 selection of the Ukrainian Football Association . He was used three times for the U17 national team .

Personal life
Prytschynenko was born the son of Elena and Serhij Prytschynenko (* 1960) in Potsdam . His uncle Volodymyr (* 1960) and his cousin Stanislav (* 1991) were or are, like his father, also active as professional football players. Denys Prytschynenko has a bachelor's degree in Business with Marketing and plans to start studying law .
