Reviews
"The film paints the picture of a dazzling personality and is condensed into an eloquent study of time and milieu through the frank and vain statements of former companions."
“It is thanks to the persistence of the Berlin documentary filmmaker Gerd Kroske that a documentary film is now coming to the cinema that traces the tortuous life of the trained butcher with numerous interviews and rare archive images. 'The Boxing Prince' is a nostalgic look back at a time when boxing and the demi-world were inseparable. "
