The Man with Two Heads is an American horror film from 1971 directed by Anthony M. Lanza .
action
The scientist and doctor Dr. Girard lives in seclusion in the country. There he conducts head transplant experiments on animals. As a result, he already has a large number of two-headed animals. Driven by ambition and fame, he wants to perform the operation on people too. The murderous psychopath Manuel Cass escapes captivity and attacks Linda, the scientist's wife. Dr. Girard overwhelms Cass and decides to conduct his human experiment on him.
He takes the head of the insane Cass and successfully transplanted it onto the body of Danny, a very strong but mentally retarded man. Cass soon manages to manipulate Danny. Under negative influence, Danny Cass can no longer escape and he is driven to horrific acts by him.
That calls the local sheriff and the doctor Anderson on the scene. Together they want to stop the mutant. However, Dr. Girard doesn't see his experiment as a failure and gets in the way of the two.
