Benno Schmidt detests nothing more than regular work. For weeks now, he has not pursued any other occupation than enjoying his freedom. Bored, he lounges around on the street, gathers other unstable youngsters around him, harasses residents and passers-by. But the public nuisance does not stop there. Since you don't know what to do with yourself, you try to get the desired variety and the desired confirmation of your own personality in a way that forces the public prosecutor to intervene.
