Alexander Wikarski

Alexander Wikarski (* 1941 in Berlin ) is a German actor , director , cabaret artist and radio play speaker .

Life

Alexander Wikarski made his first theater experiences at the age of 13. After the reconstruction and reopening of the Volksbühne Berlin , he played one of Tell's sons in Friedrich Schiller's Wilhelm Tell in 1954 . Even after that, he remained connected to the house for a while, completing a traineeship under the then director Fritz Wisten after graduating from high school . From 1962 to 1964 Wikarski studied at what is now the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin and then went to the Mecklenburg State Theater in Parchim for a few years . In later years he made guest appearances at the Theater am Kurfürstendamm , the Friedrichstadtpalast and at theaters in Hamburg, Austria and Switzerland. In 1991 Wikarski came to the cabaret Die Kneifzange , where he participated in numerous programs and organized solo evenings with texts by Erich Kästner and the monologue written by Helmut Qualtinger and Carl Merz by Mr. Karl . In 1999 and 2000 he played Professor Hinzelmann in an open-air production of the operetta Im Weißen Rössl by Ralph Benatzky .

In 1967 Wikarski joined the Ensemble des Deutschen Fernsehfunk , which he belonged to until the end of broadcasting at the end of 1991. Here he worked as both an actor and a director, and also directed at the theater. He was in various episodes of the crime series Polizeiruf 110 and The Public Prosecutor has the floor to see, after 1990 he rarely appeared in front of the camera. From 1972 Alexander Wikarski also took part in radio play productions of the GDR radio , namely as Mr. Albrecht in several episodes of the series Neumann, ring twice .
