The story leads us into the work collective of a material storage area. The old Georg Weimann, responsible for the warehouse and the material stored there, and the young driver Fred Gassner move into the center of the game. Weimann, already of retirement age, is a reliable and conscientious worker, tireless in his work and at the same time critical of everything that needs change - a valued and respected colleague. Unstable, boyish cheeky and unbalanced, on the other hand, Fred Gassner, who transports valuable building materials every day in his truck. For Striese, with a criminal record, who once worked in this company, it is easy to get the unstable Gassner on his side.
