action

As a successful businesswoman, Hanna runs a large corporation and doesn't let anyone dictate anything to her - except from her grandfather and the nun Sarah, who looks after the bedridden grandfather.

Hanna hires a killer to kill her grandfather and falls in love with Sarah.

background

The film contains some provocative scenes, such as a child playing while his mother prostitutes herself in the same room, verbal pedophile hints or the catholic wedding of the two protagonists.

The leading actress Amira Casar connects the film with the aestheticism in Baudelaire's Les fleurs du mal, with “this pain in all its beauty, this gloom of soul-destroying thoughts”.
