Nicole Regina Beutler (born June 6, 1969 in Vienna ) is an Austrian theater and film actress .

Career

Nicole Beutler started her career at the theater ( Theater in der Josefstadt ). In addition to her theater engagements, she played in series such as Schlosshotel Orth (ZDF / ORF) or Bernds Hexe (RTL) in continuous leading roles. She also played the role of doctor's assistant Irena Bornholm in the German-Austrian TV series Der Bergdoktor from 2014 to 2017 . Since 2016 she has also worked as a sex therapist Barbara Bragana in the ORF series Vorstadtweiber (ORF / ARD).

Internationally she has starred in films such as Klimt (with John Malkovich ) directed by Raoul Ruiz, Princesse Marie (with Catherine Deneuve ) directed by Benoît Jacquot and The Bucket (directed by Francesca Pollak). She also performs as a chansonnière with the “Viennese theater musicians” and their programs Vienna - Paris - Retour and Liebes Lied! on.

In addition to her native German, Nicole Beutler speaks fluent French and English and works in all three languages. Beutler has a classical ballet training, which she benefited from on the television show Dancing Stars (ORF) and brought her 3rd place.

In 2007 Nicole Beutler was nominated for a Golden Romy in the category “Most Popular Actress”.
