Derek Sikua
David Derek Sikua (born September 10, 1959 in Ngalitavethi , Guadalcanal province ) is a Solomon politician.
Career
Derek Sikua worked in various ministries from 1993 to 2005. In 2006 he was elected to parliament and in May of the same year he became Minister of Education under Manasseh Sogavare . From December 20, 2007 to August 25, 2010 he was Prime Minister of the Solomon Islands himself .
