Francis Billy Hilly
Sir Francis Billy Hilly KCMG (born July 20, 1948 ) was Prime Minister of the Solomon Islands from June 18, 1993 to November 7, 1994 .
He was appointed Prime Minister of the Solomon Islands after the 1993 elections, but was overthrown in October 1994 by a vote of no confidence in parliament . He resigned after being charged with corruption .
