Satan Satellite (Original title: Satan's Satellites ) is an American science fiction film of 1958. This is a compilation of serial Zombies of the Stratosphere in 1952 with Leonard Nimoy in a supporting role. The special effects were from Howard Lydecker .
action
The two Martians Marex and Narab land on Earth in a spaceship . Together with earthly gangsters, they plan to remove the earth from the orbit of the sun in order to put their home planet in its place in order to obtain better living conditions. This plan is prevented by the intervention of Larry Martin, an interplanetary police officer , in collaboration with Sue and Bob.
criticism
“In addition to the Martians who appear human in medieval chain armor, there is a strong focus on suspense with rockets , electric cannons , robots and other utopian film props . But there are only healthy outbursts of cheerfulness, e.g. B. when the supermen defeat the robots with chair legs. "
