action

The 28-year-old learning disabled Anton wants to become an opera singer. He breaks out of the well-protected life with his aunt and wants to realize his dream. His money is promptly stolen on the street. When he sees a street pianist, he begins to support him vocally, which brings him first recognition from the audience. The thief from the other day is also there and spontaneously acts as a fundraiser. After some friction it becomes clear that such a successful team exists: Anton as an opera singer, Matthew as a classical pianist and Wes as a tricky debt collector. At Matthew's home, you immediately notice his sophisticated lifestyle. He lives with an opera singer who is currently on tour. To get revenge on him, Wes hides the news of his girlfriend's return. The friend finally finds the three boys, plenty of alcohol and other drugs and two party girls in her own apartment and unceremoniously shows them all outside the door. When Matthew even robs a man and Anton goes to jail for it, it becomes clear that the old reality is back. After one night Anton is back outside, but then goes back to his old job in a dry cleaner.

Wes and Matthew decide not to take it that way. They kidnap Anton to a performance of the opera Turandot . They manage to kidnap a supporting actor and the two hand over the costume to Anton. That person now has the opportunity to stand in front of an audience on a large stage. When the star tenor Fabiano Grazzi takes the stage, Anton stops in awe. Spontaneously they sing Nessun dorma together and the audience applauds enthusiastically. The next day, Anton is approached by the star tenor on the street. He sees great opportunities for him as a singer, the whole city is already talking about him.
