The German Tax Advisors' Day is the annual conference of the German Association of Tax Advisors . Current tax and economic policy issues are dealt with. The focus is on the opportunities and difficulties of the economic framework, the consequences for tax policy and the future of the liberal professions .

goals and tasks

At the German Tax Adviser Day, office owners from the tax advisory and auditing professions, employees, students, contacts from politics and administration, scientists, service providers and start-ups meet once a year.

With around 1,500 participants and a good 80 exhibitors in the associated trade exhibition, the German Tax Consultant Day describes itself as a lighthouse event in the industry.

activities

The tax consultant day traditionally begins with a city tour and reception on Sunday evening. Two days of specialist program follow. Tax law and law firm management issues will be discussed on up to seven parallel stages . Lectures, workshops and training courses - e.g. Partly also recognized as compulsory training for specialist advisors (DStV eV) - are supplemented by a specialist exhibition. The supporting program includes a party and a gala dinner on Monday evening.

Usually the conference has a main theme.

The first German Tax Advisors' Day was held in Berlin in 1978 under the title of the Specialist Congress of the German Association of Tax Advisors .
