The operating company of an elevated railway is blackmailed by criminals who threaten attacks if their monetary demands are not met. Harry Hill and the daughter of the elevated railway director, Alice Clausson, clarify the case.

The production company was Valy Arnheim-Film Richard Spelling , Berlin, the first distributor Werner and Walter , Leipzig.
