action

Despot Otto Globocnik , who comes from South America with a dark past, and his sadistic girlfriend, the "bloody Olga", set up a cruel dictatorship on a paradise island. He subjugates the local population with a uniformed fascist private army, which draws the male population to work and enslaves the predominantly female population in addition to work as objects of pleasure.

Hermano (in the English version a German named Hartmann), a loyal subordinate of the dictator , falls in love with the attractive islander Cora and then gradually questions the methods of his guide. He even plans to marry his beloved, whom he wants to smuggle secretly from the island for this purpose. But his plan fails and the couple is exposed. The South Sea girl is then tortured in front of the locals, while Hermano, as a member of the "white race", is spared and abused by Olga, who is physically drawn to the insubordinate, for bizarre love services.

Hermano finds vigorous support in Rita, the elected spokeswoman for the oppressed slaves, who gradually instigates an uprising and eliminates some of the tormentors. Hermano is later sentenced to death with his lover for the murder of four local overseers, which Rita is responsible for, but is freed by the seditious Rita after just one day in prison. She herself is humiliated and crucified in public for this offense.

Meanwhile, Cora manages to escape from the South Sea island, while Hermano secretly clears the ammunition depot and blows up the whole area. Finally, Cora, who had fled before, returns with a rescue ship and takes in the surviving girls and their beloved Hermano. Olga is shot by the confused despot, who in turn is stabbed to death by a young man who was previously brought to the island by ship.

Reviews

"Speculative sex and violence film that pretends to want to show the dangers of fascist thinking and behavior."

“Panned by the critics and disapproved by the audience, Peter Kern and Kurt Raab created a showcase trash film that shouldn't be one. With the aim of producing a successful blockbuster, a brutal horror tale was created by Kurt Raab and with Peter Kern's signature as producer and co-director, which to this day enjoys cult status on the Asian market, while it became a financial debacle in Europe.
