The Super Villain League ( English League of Super Evil ) is an American - Canadian animated series that was produced from 2009 to 2012.

content

In various ten to twenty minute episodes, the megalomaniac Voltar , Dr. Scrap , Red bully and Knurrmageddon against other children from the neighborhood. The four strive to rule over the district; they want to do really bad things and be feared by everyone. For example, Voltar, the leader of the Super Villain League, thinks it is evil to throw a barbecue party without inviting anyone or to eat at a bad guy restaurant . The league fails either because of resistance from the neighborhood children or because of its own ineptitude. Though their actions are always foiled, they always believe they have won.

Characters

Main villains

  • Voltar is the head of the gang of villains. He thinks it is bad to open a garage door or fill a piñata with cheese .
  • Dr. Schrott is a scientist and thinks radiation emitters and mind controllers are evil.
  • Roter Rüpel is a red-haired muscleman and has a simple mind. Nevertheless, it is revealed that he had Albert Einstein's intelligence .
  • Knurrmageddon is a big monster dog . He likes to eat junk and likes to destroy the henchbots.
  • The Henchbots are two robots labeled 017 and 032 that often fall apart.

Other villains

  • Kopflossus is the city's most successful villain. He always calls the super villains human and lives in an interstellar spaceship.
  • The cougar is a nasty old woman that Dr. Scrap is in love. She wanted to rob a bank, but failed in the Super Villain League.
  • The snake master supposedly always has to be first in line. He has a strange accent and has four robots.
  • Jules LeSimian ("The (paint) monkey") is the manager of the Villaynes restaurant. After this exploded, he works as a hotel manager in the urban Metrocity hotel .
  • Schurkino Schurkino (in the English original: Mysterio Villaino ) is a journeyman with the accent of Voltar.
  • Commander Chaos is the archenemy of the Force Fighters V and owns a gigantic combat robot.
  • Doctor Miedermeyer von Feinripp has been Voltar's enemy since kindergarten.
  • Humongo is the leader of an extraterrestrial war people, the Gynormans.
  • Rock Grufthington is a villainous rock star. Dr. Schrott is his biggest fan.
  • The Frenzied Avenger is a villain who steals others' cars if he defeats them in a race
  • The villain leagues are "mirror images" of the villain league. It is not known where they come from. Their names are: Bolkar, Dr. Rubble, Blond Foster, and Bellmageddon.

Heroes

  • General Sergeant is the leader of the most powerful army in the world. His daughter is called Elizabeth "Blizzi Lizzi". He is the archenemy of Kopflossus.
  • Justice Jan has always been fired from his jobs and wants to become a superhero. Now he works for Jules LeSimian.
  • Nanny Boo Boo is a superhero who teaches naughty kids a lesson. She always has an umbrella with her.
  • Great guy is a superhero. Whenever he flies away he calls out "Magnificent departure". His opponent is headless.
  • The Force Fighters V is a superhero group consisting of pink, mint green, magenta, lilac blue and golden yellow and are a parody of the Power Rangers
  • The nightshade is a superhero who is always active at night.

Production and publication

The series was invented by Philippe Ivanusic-Vallee, Davila LeBlanc and Peter Ricq. The production took place at Nerd Corps Entertainment, in cooperation with the Canadian YTV . Cartoon Network distributes the series worldwide.

The first episode aired on March 7, 2009. She can now also be seen on channels in Canada, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal, India, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain and France. The German premiere has been on Disney XD since March 11, 2010 . SuperRTL also broadcasts them in Germany.
