action

Ebenezer Scrooge doesn't like Christmas at all. He is the miser in person. One evening, as he goes into his bedroom, a ghost suddenly appears who is chained to a treasure chest and tells Ebenezer Scrooge how it will fare for him if he does not treat other people better. But Scrooge does not allow himself to be misled and tries to fall asleep in his bed. A boy visits him in the middle of the night. He shows Ebenezer Scrooge the stages of his life so far and last Christmas. Ebenezer used to put off his girlfriend with his greed. In addition, he was very lonely as a child. A second spirit, this time a woman, shows him poverty and need on earth in the present Christmas. Among other things, he can see his nephew. Scrooge begins to think more and more about these situations. When a third ghost appears, he is very scared because it is about Christmas in the future. He can see his gravestone, it stands alone on a mountain and no one is interested in his death. He makes the decision to change his previous behavior.
