Kath Soucie

Katherine Elaine "Kath" Soucie (born November 18, 1953 in New York City , New York ) is an American voice actress .

Life

Soucie began her career as a stage actress in New York City. She later moved to Los Angeles and starred alongside Jane Wyman and James Woods in the drama The Incredible Journey of Doctor Meg Laurel in 1979 . From 1981 she spoke different voices for the animated series The Smurfs . After various engagements, she spoke for the first time in a Disney film in Beauty and the Beast in 1991 , followed by other Disney productions such as The Hunchback of Notre Dame , Lilo & Stitch and Bambi 2 - The Lord of the Woods .

In 1991 she got the speaking roles of the twins Phil and Lil DeVille in the animated series Rugrats and the feature films based on it. Since 1999 she has spoken in various roles, including Cubert Farnsworth , in the series Futurama . Her other longstanding roles include Dexter's mother in Dexter's laboratory , Miriam Pataki in Hey Arnold! , Tish Katsufrakus in The Weekenders and Agent K in The Replacements .
