Ding Bangchao (born October 11, 1996 ) is a Chinese pole vaulter .

Athletic career

Ding Bangchao gained his first international experience in 2017 at the Asian Championships in Bhubaneswar , where he won the gold medal with a jump of 5.65 m. In 2019 he qualified for the World Championships in Doha and retired there with 5.60 m in the qualification .

In 2017, Ding became the Chinese pole vault champion.
