Itsuo Takanezawa
Itsuo Takanezawa ( Japanese 高根 沢 威夫 , Takanezawa Itsuo; born August 5, 1951 in Tochigi Prefecture ) is a former Japanese pole vaulter .
At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal he was eighth and fifth at the Athletics World Cup in 1977 in Düsseldorf.
In 1979 he won the Asian Athletics Championships and was again fifth at the World Athletics Cup in Montreal .
In 1975 and 1976 he was Japanese champion. He set his personal best of 5.42 m on October 27, 1976 in Saga .
