Dionisio Gutiérrez Mayorga
Dionisio Gutiérrez Mayorga (* 1959 in Guatemala ) is an entrepreneur in Guatemala.
Life
His father Juan Bautista Gutierrez founded the Molino Excelsior in 1936, the Granja Villalobos chicken trial in 1964 and Pollo Campero in 1971 . Dionisio Gutiérrez Mayorga is the majority owner and, together with Juan Luis Bosch Gutierrez, director of Corporación Multi Inversiones (CMI), a conglomerate from the agricultural industry. CMI was founded in 1920 and today has around 30,000 employees in 14 countries in six business areas: production of pork and poultry , fast food chains , to which Pollo Campero belongs, flour mills, pasta and baked goods production , construction companies , energy supply companies and financial service providers .
Gutiérrez was chairman of the Cámara de la Libre Empresa . Gutiérrez is the director and host of Libre Encuentro, a television program that has been broadcast in Guatemala since 1993. Gutiérrez writes a weekly column in the Guatemalan daily Siglo Veintiuno . Gutiérrez sits on the supervisory board of the Universidad Francisco Marroquín . Gutiérrez is a member of Grupo G-50 . Gutiérrez is a member of the Consejo de las Américas .
Gutiérrez is the founder of the Fundación Juan Bautista Gutiérrez , the filantropic arm of the Gutiérrez family.
