Dismas Hataš ( Dismas Hat (t) asch , born December 1, 1724 in Vysoké Mýto ; † October 13, 1777 in Gotha ) was a Bohemian composer.

Hataš was married to the singer Anna Franziska Benda , the sister of Franz and Georg Anton Benda . The latter brokered him as a violinist in the court orchestra in Gotha from 1751 . He composed symphonies , sonatas and songs . Of his works, however, only two violin sonatas, two songs and a flute concerto in G major (KatGro 39, D-Rtt Hattasch 1) have survived.

Jindřich Krištof Hataš was his brother.

Jan Václav Hataš (born September 3, 1727 in Vysoké Mýto , † after 1752 in Rožmitál ) was another brother of Dismas Hataš. He worked as a cantor in Rožmitál and composed chamber and church music works.
