The Distelbach is a left tributary of the Jossa in the Main-Kinzig district in the Hessian Spessart .

The Distelbach rises northwest of Mernes . It runs in a south-easterly direction, flows through some ponds in the forest and flows west of Marjoss into a left branch of the Jossa .
