Mallory, a 'half-breed', and former Yankee Colonel Hasper are business partners and acquire the large Jefferson farm. After the contract is signed, Jefferson is murdered and the amount paid is stolen; the perpetrators Hambler and Block Stone are then after Mallory and Hasper to take possession of the farm. Mallory, who is associated with Hambler's younger sister Cora, is warned of an attack by Hambler's men. When the two sides meet, Hasper is killed and Mallory is badly wounded. Cora nurses him back to health with devotion. Mallory is still reluctant to kill his lover's brother; a quarrel between Hambler and Block, as a result of which both die, releases him from this problem.

Verrisse everywhere: The lexicon of the international film saw in the "amateurish" film "an imposition in every respect" .; Segnalazioni Cinematografiche said: “The film is completely mouse-gray along the usual standards of the genre”. Christian Keßler especially notices the German dubbing: “Before it was annexed to the German market, the film was just very bad. (...) The fact that this insignificant film by the Tanio Boccia student Mario Moroni turned out to be a memorable experience is entirely due to the synchronization, which is absolutely inexplicable to me! (…) To call the diction unnatural would be an understatement that would go beyond my powers. The sentences are helplessly carried away by the linguistic stream ... "
