The Dolodrook River is a river in eastern Gippsland in the Australian state of Victoria .

It rises below the Gable End in the Alpine National Park at an altitude of 1080 m. It flows first to the northwest and shortly before its mouth to the north. It flows into the Wellington River after 13.4 km . It has no tributaries worth mentioning.

The Dolodrook River is located in largely uninhabited mountainous areas of the Alpine National Park .
