Donia Rashwan Mahmoud (born May 15, 1998 ) is a former Egyptian cyclist who competed in races on the road and track .

Athletic career

2,015 trained Donia Rashwan together with Ebtisam Zayed in the World Cycling Center Africa (WCCA) and started to close the season with a team of WCCA the Jedermannrennen 947 Cycle Challenge .

The following year, Rashwan was African junior champion in the individual time trial on the road. On the track, she and Ebtisam Zayed won silver in the team sprint and bronze in the keirin . In 2017, the Egyptian team finished third in the time trial of the continental championship . On the track, she again won silver in the team sprint together with Zayed at the African track championships .

The following year Rashwan was two-time African champion , in the team sprint and in the team pursuit, in the points race , scratch and in the single pursuit , she finished second, and in the sprint she was third. Then she ended her cycling career.
