Donna D'Errico (born March 30, 1968 in Dothan , Alabama ) is an American actress and catwalk model . She was Playmate of the Month for September 1995 in Playboy magazine .

She made her debut as an actress in 1995 in an episode of the television series To Worse and Forever . In the same year she took a guest role in an episode of the series A Terrible Kind Family .

D'Errico appeared in several episodes of the television series Baywatch from 1996 to 1998 in the role of the lifeguard Donna Marco . She also starred in the same role on Baywatch Nights . In 1999 she took on the female lead in the horror film Candyman 3 - The Day of the Dead . This was followed by other small television appearances and supporting roles in films such as Intervention and Austin Powers in Gold Stand .

D'Errico was married to Nikki Sixx , the bass player for the rock band Mötley Crüe . The song Rocketship on the 7th album Generation Swine is dedicated to D'Errico.
