The Dorfstrasse 5 building is a listed residential building in the municipality of Hohe Börde in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the district of Mammendorf in the northern part of the village.

Architecture and history

The two-storey plastered building was built in 1903. The representative house faces the east with its front facade facing the courtyard of the associated farmstead. On the east side, one means risalit that of a gable in framework construction is crowned. The windows on the first floor are covered with neo-Gothic keel arches. The house is covered with a hipped roof .

The wrought-iron property border was also part of the monument. The building is an example of a house of a Bördebauer who achieved prosperity in the second half of the 19th century and expressed this in the redesign of the house.
