description
The former stable house on the left, the barn and the gate pillars of the rest yard are all under monument protection . The two-storey stable house stands, like the outbuilding on the right, not listed, facing the street at the gable , on the left side at the property boundary of a long, narrow property; both buildings have tile roofs . The long stable house has a plastered gable with three window axes. The longitudinal facades are also plastered.
At the rear of the property there is a barn across the entire width of the farm. This is massive, on top also a tile-covered gable roof.
At the front facing the street, the three-sided courtyard is closed off by gate pillars made of sandstone, with a wooden gate in between. Cover plates lie on the pillars, these are crowned by vases made of artificial stone .
history
According to the shock tax register of 1801, the oldest known owner of this farm is a Hans Trache in 1688. Schruth (1931) described the farm, known at the time as an hereditary farm , as being entirely family-owned. Members of this family still live there today. In the files of the responsible Friedenskirche in Kötzschenbroda , which go back to 1544 , the Trache family is also written as a dragon or Trachau. For the year 1628, five family lines, the Peter, Benedix, Lorenz, Urban and Martin lines, were listed as Naundorf estate owners in the 1801 shock tax register.
The current house (moving house) was built around 1850. In November 1902 the barn burned down and the stable house was also seriously damaged. The partially destroyed stable house was restored unchanged, the barn was rebuilt in line with the neighboring barn. The construction was carried out by the construction company of the Große Brothers according to their own design.
