Dying To Live (Alternative title: Final Destination ) is an American fantasy drama from 1999 . Directed by Rob Hedden , who also wrote the script with Victor Bumbalo .

Students Matthew Jannett and Rachel Linden have a relationship. Vanessa Canningham is jealous of Linden and adds drugs to Jannett's drink. There is an accident in which Linden dies.
Jannett is dejected. Linden's mind takes possession of Leslie Chambers' body. He communicates with Jannett. Canningham tries to kill Chambers and is arrested. Chambers dies of a heart condition in the hospital, and Linden's mind takes over her body.
Reviews
Film-Dienst wrote that the film tells a "protective angel story that stands in a long cinematic tradition" and serves it as "soulful to sentimental television entertainment in the guise of a romantic comedy, which comes up with many artificial moral teachings" .
TV Spielfilm magazine wrote that the plot was "from Ghost - message stolen from Sam and very sentimental" .
