Dylan Kussman

Dylan J. Kussman (born January 21, 1971 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actor and screenwriter .

Life

Dylan Kussman was born in Los Angeles in 1971. His mother worked as an actress and theater director and his father worked for the television station ABC .

Kussman first appeared as an actor from 1985. He had his first major role in 1989 as Richard Cameron in the drama The Dead Poets Club . He then studied at the University of California, Berkeley .

Supporting roles followed in films such as The Way of the Gun (2000), X-Men 2 (2003) and Flight and Jack Reacher (both 2012). He has also appeared in guest roles on television series such as The X Files - The FBI's Scary Cases , Monk , Dr. House , Without a Trace - Vanished without a trace , Cold Case - No victim is ever forgotten or seen One Tree Hill . Kussman also writes scripts, including for the film Burn (1998) and the web series The Steps (2010).

In 2008, he and his wife moved from California to Chattanooga , Tennessee , where he became involved in the local theater scene.
