  • The company began in 2008 with the construction of one of the longest district heating transmission lines in Europe with a route length of 31 km, i.e. 62 km. The water flows at a speed of 6 km / h and is reheated every 10 hours. From October 2009, around 2/3 of the district heating will be provided for the Lower Austrian capital St. Pölten from the Dürnrohr power plant park:
  • The company is building a biogas processing plant for the purification of digester gas from a sewage treatment plant and also co-fermentation gas, in which 1 million cubic meters of biogas are purified annually and fed into the natural gas network. With this gas, several 1000 households are supplied with heat from the natural gas network.
