Earl Raymond McCullouch (born January 10, 1946 in Clarksville , Texas ) is a retired American hurdler , sprinter and American football player.

In 1967 he won the Pan American Games in Winnipeg over 110 m hurdles and in the 4 x 100 meter relay . On July 16, 1967, he set the world record over 110 m hurdles in Minneapolis with 13.2 s (electronic measurement 13.43 s) . In 1968 he became US champion over 110 m hurdles and US indoor champion over 60 yard hurdles. Starting for the University of Southern California (USC), he became NCAA champion over 120 yard hurdles and 110 m hurdles in 1967 and 1968, and in 1968 NCAA indoor champion over 60 yard hurdles.

From 1968 to 1974 he played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Detroit Lions and the New Orleans Saints as a wide receiver . In 1968 he received the Rookie of the Year Award ( newcomer of the year ) in the Offense category .
