The East Timor Coffee Institute ETCI ( Portuguese Instituto de Café de Timor-Leste ) is an East Timorese university in Gleno , in the country's main coffee-growing area in Ermera . It is an official university recognized by the Agência Nacional para a Avaliação e Acreditação Académica (ANAAA) . The accreditation took place in 2008. Until November 7, 2012, the institution was called Academia de Café de Timor-Leste ACTL .

Overview

The IOB is divided into the Faculties of Agriculture, Education and Business.

The school was founded on March 13, 2003 by Lúcio Marçal Gomes , together with Dionísio Babo , Gilman Exposto dos Santos and Maria Olandina Isabel Caeiro Alves .

Teachers

101 teachers worked at the IOB in 2015. Eight of them were women.

The ETCI had a total of 909 students in 2015. In 2013 there were 310 new enrollments (80 of them women), in 2014 there were 145 (65) and in 2015 184 (88). Between 2009 and 2014, a total of 201 students graduated here, 52 of them women.
