Ebou Dibba

Ebou Dibba , MBE (born August 10, 1943 in Bathurst , † December 29, 2000 in Edenbridge , Kent) was a writer and poet from the West African state of Gambia , who wrote in English and lived in the United Kingdom .

Life

Dibba holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Literature from Cardiff University and a Master of Arts from King's College, London . From 1975 to 1993 he was the director of the community college in Bletchingley , Surrey .

He was found drowned in a river in December 2000.
