Edda Pastor (* 1942 in Cologne ) is a German actress .

Life

Even as a child, Edda Pastor played major roles at the Städtische Bühnen Köln under her discoverer and sponsor, the then general manager Herbert Maisch . She received her artistic training at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts . Pastor had engagements at the City Theater of Munster , at the State Theater in Oldenburg , at the theaters in Bonn and Krefeld and in Berlin at the Freie Volksbühne and the comedy on the Kurfürstendamm , the Theater Pforzheim , where she appeared in the musical My Fair Lady , the Eliza Doolittle embodied , at the Hamburg Ohnsorg Theater , the comedy Winterhuder Fährhaus or the comedy in the Bayerischer Hof . In addition, she made repeated guest appearances at the festivals in Recklinghausen , Feuchtwangen and Bad Hersfeld , where she was awarded the Hersfeld Prize in 1975 for portraying Marie in Ferenc Molnár's play Liliom .

Together with her fellow actor Patrik Fichte , Pastor has occasionally appeared in reading evenings on the subject of "mature woman - young lover", in which both read from letters and diaries of prominent lovers.

Edda Pastor has also worked repeatedly for film and television since the late 1950s. You could see her in some Tatort episodes as well as in series such as Sonderdezernat K1 , Ein Fall für Zwei or Stadtklinik , where she played the role of Elena Wandke in several episodes . In addition, Pastor worked in several radio play productions.
