Edmund Martin (born February 8, 1982 ) is a German bow biathlete .

Edmund Martin lives in Rückholz and was active for SK Nesselwang . At the 2004 World Archery Championships in Pokljuka , he came in 15th in the sprint, 17 in the pursuit, eight in the mass start and with Bernhard Martin , Michael Kuffer and Jörg Kohlmann in sixth place in the relay. The year 2005 was particularly successful. Several times he was able to place himself in single-digit ranks, including a second place in a sprint race in Brusson . At the archery biathlon world championships in Forni Avoltri in 2005 he was sixth in the sprint and won the bronze medals behind Igor Borissow and Pawel Borodin in the pursuit and behind Borissow and Igor Samoilow in the mass start race. He was the only male German who could ever win medals at archery biathlon world championships and at the same time the only German who won individual medals.
