Eduard Louis Busch

Eduard Louis Busch (born October 24, 1854 at Gut Birkenstrauch, Ragnit district ; † March 27, 1932 ) was a German judge.

Life

Busch's father was As the son of a landowner, Busch attended the Royal Lithuanian Provincial School in Tilsit . After graduating from high school, he studied law at the Albertus University in Königsberg , the University of Leipzig and the Friedrich Wilhelms University in Berlin . In Königsberg i. In 1873 he became a member of the free country team Littuania . In 1876 he joined the judicial service of the Kingdom of Prussia . In 1882 he was magistrate in Willenberg and in 1884 district judge in Lyck . Since 1892 at the district court Berlin I, Busch was appointed district judge in 1895. Three years later he came to the Supreme Court . In January 1907 he was appointed Reich judge. For 16 years he was a member of the 5th Civil Senate of the Imperial Court . Appointed to the Commission for the Reform of the Code of Civil Procedure at the age of 68 in 1922, he retired in December 1923 .

In 1894 he was one of the Lithuanians who joined the Königsberg Senior Citizens' Convention as the new Corps Littuania .
