Eduard von Reden-Lütcken

Eduard von Reden-Lütcken (born November 14, 1938 in Jena ; † February 24, 2017 in Wischhafen ) was a German administrative lawyer .

Career

Born in Jena, von Reden-Lütcken received his doctorate in 1971 from the Law Faculty of the University of Göttingen . He also studied temporarily in Montpellier in France.

From 1975 he was city treasurer of the city of Hameln . From November 16, 1980 to November 15, 1992 he was the full-time senior city director in Hameln. During this time he was also chairman of the board of directors of what was then Stadtsparkasse Hameln. He then became the general manager of the AdU employers' association. In 2000 he left Hameln to move to Freiburg on the Elbe in northern Lower Saxony.

In August 2002 he became President of the Knighthood of the Duchy of Bremen .

Von Reden-Lütcken had three children. At the age of 78, von Reden-Lütcken died on February 24, 2017 in Wischhafen in Holenwisch Castle.
