Eduardo Luís Marques Kruss Gomes (born December 6, 1955 in Loures ) is a former Portuguese football player and football coach.

Career

Eduardo Luis started his career at Benfica Lisbon , where he immediately became Portuguese champion . He then moved to Madeira to Marítimo Funchal , where he was active for six years.

In 1982 he returned to the mainland and signed a contract with FC Porto . The Porto team was able to win the Portuguese Championship three times, the Portuguese Cup twice and the Portuguese Supercup twice during this era . His greatest success, however, were World Cup victory , European Champion Clubs' Cup and the European Super Cup in 1987. In the final of national champion Bewerbs against Bayern Munich Eduardo Luis played through. Before that, while at Porto, he was appointed to the Portuguese team for the European Football Championship in France in 1984 . But he was not used.

In 1989 he moved to Rio Ave FC , where he only stayed one year, after which Eduardo Luis played for AD Ovarense for three more years .
